• POLITICAL ECONOMY OF DEMOCRACY IN NIGERIA 1999-2023

  The study examines the impact of public policy under democratic dispensation on the common wealth and the citizenry. It thrusts to bridge the gap between the state’s resources and the people. The Nigerian state has excluded itself from military incursion in governance for over twenty-five years. This suggests that within the decades, governments had consistently committed to the exploration and application of state resources on behalf of the people and the state as its principals.
